Q. What are the biggest challenges in making design decisions?
A: There are so many products available and examples posted on social media platforms, it’s hard to know which direction to go in. It’s easy to lose focus and second-guess yourself. That’s why our team of certified designers has curated a selection of on-trend finishes and options that are all priced and available to see in our show homes. It makes it easy to design a perfectly personalized home that suits your style – and your budget.
Q: How does curated custom design remove the stress?
A: As the Curated Palette boards have all been carefully selected by Certified Interior Designers, offering multiply choices per palette, you can interchange a multitude of scenarios while keeping budget, family needs and practicality in check. The process offers a printed Palette and Selection Guide that can be taken with you which outlines all the selections available along with cost per product. This gives the opportunity to add the finishing touches you desire with clarity on overall cost. In addition to this, you will be meeting with the Designer, for your interior selections appointment, to answer any questions you may have in regards to product, and to guide and offer recommendations to make confident choices.
Q: Making choices only takes two hours?
A: By taking advantage of reviewing the selection and palette guides prior to the interior selection appointment, allows you see all the options and become familiar with the offerings. Touring the show homes is a great way to get the feel for the space and products. For example, if you have an appeal for a lighter cabinet with dark flooring you have established a core starting point that the other selections can be built off of. It typically only takes two hours to make confident decisions – within your budget – to create your beautiful home. With other builders, you don’t always know pricing, plus you often have multiple appointments during business hours, and need to drive to multiple suppliers to choose your interior finishings. This can be a time-consuming and confusing task – which is why we’ve created a one-stop process at our show homes, giving you the ability to design your stylish, personalized home quickly and easily.
Q: How does this program help ease my overall home build process?
A: Having complete home plans and pricing done by purchase sign-off greatly reduces the time to get home construction under way. We meet at your home build location, just a few feet away from a variety of show homes showing all the styles and finishes. You can immediately see real-life examples of what your home can look like.
Q: What design steps do I go through?
A: Creating a product “wish list” during your appointment starts the fun and we first select interior items like plumbing, lighting and door hardware to set the tone and take stress away from more impactful selections like cabinets, flooring and paint. There are many included and optional choices for all of the items in your home. You also get to take your price list home to review – there is complete transparency and a chance to adjust items before signing.
