As a Hopewell framer, your responsibilities include:
- Build floors
- Build exterior and interior walls
- Build complete roof systems
- Install exterior windows and doors
- Install exterior sheathing as per details
- Build verandas when required
- Install all backing and blocking as per SOW
- Complete work in accordance to Hopewell schedules
- Meet or exceed Hopewell Framing Standards
- Satisfy all Municipal Inspections
- Meet or exceed Hopewell Framing Standards
- Meet Hopewell’s schedule
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
