Our office and show homes are closed over the holiday, from Friday, December 23rd to Sunday, January 1st inclusive to give us some time to celebrate the season with friends and family. Show homes reopen on Monday, January 2nd at 2pm, and our office will open again on January 3rd.
That said, if you’re a current homeowner requiring urgent assistance with your home over the holidays, here are your options:
- If you require immediate assistance due to loss of heat, water, or power, please refer to your homeowner possession binder for the emergency contact information for these items.
- For other inquiries, our after-hours emergency phone number is 403-476-1274 in Calgary, and
780-447-4761 in Edmonton. Please leave your name, phone number, and address, and we will endeavour to return your call within 3 hours. All other inquiries will be answered in the order in which they were received when our office reopens January 3, 2017. E-mails can also be sent to calgaryservice@hopewell.com for Calgary concerns, and edmontonservice@hopewell.com for Edmonton concerns and will be monitored over the holidays, with similar return timelines and priority handling.
