Between December 2-19, we’re bringing you the ultimate holiday homebuying experience to our show homes across the city, from Arbour Lake West in the NW to Copperfield and Mahogany in the SE. Our traveling Hopewell holiday Bear On The Chair will be stopping by all our sales centres in Calgary to spread some holiday cheer and we’re giving you the opportunity to join along in the adventure and earn points along the way.

When you stop by our sales centres to say hello to our Hopewell holiday Bear On The Chair, you will also have the opportunity to enter into our grand prize draw for a Hopewell holiday prize pack – valued at $450! You can collect up to 25 points and better your chances at winning – each point earned counts for an additional ballot entry.
- 1 Point: Visit any Hopewell Calgary show home, enter the ballot box & check ‘Yes’ to marketing email notifications. You can enter the ballot box at each Hopewell Calgary show home for a total of six entries.
- 2 Points: Find the Hopewell holiday Bear On The Chair at our Hopewell Calgary show home locations, take a photo with him and share your photo with us on Instagram or Facebook using #HopewellBearOnTheChair. You can take a photo with the Bear On The Chair at each Hopewell Calgary show home for a total of six entries.
- 3 Points: Book a pricing consultation with a Hopewell Sales team member.
- 5 Points: Place a lot on hold with a Hopewell Sales team member.

Contest Rules & Disclaimer
- Participants must enter the ballot box, check ‘Yes’ to marketing email notifications and provide a valid email to qualify.
- Participants must be over 18 years or older to qualify to win.
- Contest participants can gain up to twenty-five (25) points. These points include six ballot box opportunities (one at each sales centre), six Bear on the Chair photo opportunities (once at each sales centre), one pricing consultation appointment and one lot hold.
- Participants who have completed a consultation appointment or lot hold prior to December 2 are still eligible to partake in the ballot box and Bear on the Chair photo opportunities on the condition that they mention the contest to a sales team member and enter a ballot box at one of the sales centres.
- Participants cannot enter a ballot box at the same sales centre more than once. However, participants can enter the ballot box and Bear on the Chair photo opportunity one time at each sales centre location.
- Contest runs from Monday, December 2 to Thursday, December 19 at 8 p.m. A winner will randomly chosen on Friday, December 20 and the winner will be contacted via email.
