Mahogany Won Community of the Year for 2025!
Mahogany took home Community of the Year at the 2025 BILDCR Awards, setting the standard for Calgary communities.
We’re excited to share that Mahogany has once again been named Community of the Year at the BILD Calgary Region (BILDCR) Awards. This is a huge honour that we are incredibly proud of.
This award recognizes communities that truly stand out, and Mahogany continues to raise the bar and then surpass it. With its stunning freshwater lake, beaches, parks and pathways, great local shops, schools, and year-round amenities, Mahogany was designed to be a place where connections come naturally and everyday life feels a little more special.
This recognition wouldn’t be possible without the incredible builder partners, consultants, and trades who help bring our vision to life. Our thanks go out to them as well as the residents who make Mahogany such a welcoming, vibrant place to call home. It’s a true team effort, and we’re grateful to everyone who plays a role in shaping this community.
