    If you have a home to sell before taking possession of your new home, our mortgage partners will pay your listing fees if you choose to work with them.They are super familiar with the building process, and have a great idea of when to list your home to sell. They are also experts in our markets, and will know what buyers are looking for, and what the competition is like.


  • Why should people work with our Mortgage Brokers?

    They know our business, and know it well. They know what to plan with rate holds so that your mortgage rate is locked in for the time period of the build. They work with all the big banks and can help everyone, from self-employed to new to Canada.


  • Should people bring their own realtors?

    Great news is you don’t need a Realtor to buy. Our prices are clear and upfront and our sales people are there to support you, so there’s really no reason to have a Realtor as part of your buying experience.


  • What savings do people get by working with our partners?

    By working with our mortgage brokers, we offer a $500 discount plus we will pay your legal fees (which can be up to a couple grand). When working with our realtors, we will pay your listing fees. For example, that equates to about $12,500 on a $700k home. That's huge savings!
